Last updated: May 24, 2026. These terms apply to ballroom.wtf, related shop and account features, community room tools (including HostBot), and optional integrations such as Discord or Telegram alerts.
By accessing ballroom.wtf, creating an account, purchasing products, donating, or using room-related tools, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.
Ballroom community spaces and certain site areas are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use age-restricted features, including joining live Zoom rooms through our launch flow.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Keep login information secure. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, harm the community, or create security risk.
Product descriptions, pricing, taxes, shipping, and availability are shown at checkout. Orders are subject to acceptance and fulfillment policies displayed during purchase. Donations and tips are voluntary and generally non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated at checkout.
HostBot and related controls are provided for authorized hosts and operators. Access may require a signed-in ballroom.wtf customer account plus a separate HostBot API token configured on your device. You must not share host credentials publicly or use host tools to disrupt meetings, harass participants, or bypass platform rules.
You agree not to use our services to post unlawful content, spam, malware, hate speech, harassment, or content that violates Zoom, Shopify, Discord, Telegram, or other third-party terms. We may remove content, revoke access, or cooperate with lawful requests when necessary.
Zoom, Shopify, payment processors, Discord, Telegram, and other vendors have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of those services is also governed by their rules.
Ballroom branding, site design, and original content are owned by Ballroom.WTF or licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or resell site assets without permission, except as allowed by law.
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Room availability, join links, and automations may change without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ballroom.WTF is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site, room tools, or third-party platforms.
BALLROOM.WTF does not sell user data. We store or process account, order, support, security, and operational data only as needed for login, access control, room operations, rewards, orders, support, security, or legal compliance. HostBot API tokens entered in the web console are kept in your browser storage on your device and are not stored by Shopify.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
